Thanks Charlene

Took at the website, the recipes they had posted looked good. I guess the point of the website is to sell you their meals, but there is no reason not to get the free ebook

I just wanted your readers to know about this wonderful free e-book on www.mediterraneanmeals.com! I came across this website the other day when I heard about the Mediterranean diet on the news! I knew a little bit about it but I really wasn't sure WHAT it was EXACTLY. This e-book was very informative and so is the website. Enjoy!

This is not a comment meant for posting but an email to you - the only way I know to reach you is through your comments section.

Having stumbled across your website and having read your bio, I think you might be interested my husband's book The Brain Trust Program and his blog at www.drmccleary.com. You can listen to some free audio interviews there, too. It appears that you have an interest in some of the subjects he discusses - plus I think that you'd like to know that, although traditionally trained as a neurosurgeon, he is a strong believer in supplements and has patented a few formulations based on his research of medical literature. If you're interested, please email me and I can tell you more.

A lot of my clients seemed surprised to notice pigmentation "suddenly" come out, years after abandoning their sun worshiping days! That's the thing about pigmentation; if you're not proactive now, you won't pay for it until years later in some instances.
Darker and ethnic skins (especially Asian) are more predisposed to hyperpigmentation, and although they may not have actively tanned at any time in their life, if they haven't been protecting their skin from an earlier age, they will notice more and more pigmentation as time moves forward.
To understand how pigmentation works, you can visit:
